About Sustainable Architecture

ADV Architecture, situated on the Powys/Shropshire border, was established by Tim Owen, a RIBA chartered architect and LEED Green Associate specializing in sustainable design, construction, and building operation. Tim brings over 20 years of diverse design experience, encompassing a wide range of projects from small residential extensions and refurbishments to large mixed-use developments. His expertise spans the entire process from early feasibility through to building handover, covering various building types including high and low-density residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, education, and industrial design. ADV Architecture maintains strong connections with Atomik Architecture in London and ADV Developments in Central Asia, which was also founded by Tim.
