The refurbishment and extension of a grade 2 listed building is an ongoing project that began with planning approval and listed planning consent. Currently at the construction stage, this listed building renovation is being completed on a room by room basis as part of our custom home design approach. Below are a number of initial design images and a snapshot of the site works related to the office design refurbishment.

The refurbishment, building extension, and conversion of a residential property into a 600 sqm office building have been successfully completed. This project involved careful office design refurbishment and custom home design principles, and the new office space is now fully let to tenants.
